Planning and Logistics

• Providing lead times and C.P.A.s for all incoming work for 48 production machines across four departments. 
• Liaising with multiple departments to ensure new projects are on target as scheduled and organising the machine time to complete developments/optimisation where required.  
• We are forecasting future demands to highlight the needs/requirements for new tooling/machinery. 
• Grouping all outgoing transport to best utilise lorry space for efficiencies and cost savings. 
• Ensuring all customer demands are met to maintain good OTIF reports. 
• Supplying in-depth analysis of transport costs and reviewing throughout the year.
