This latest snap-on closure, which currently fits Spectra’s new 250ml Elba Oval (Ref; 6100), has been designed to fit a number of up and coming packs that Spectra have in development, as Joe Maynard, Managing Director at Spectra explained.
“We are now busy developing multiple ranges in both HDPE and PET with snap-necks that will specifically fit our new 3030 flip-top closure. Injection tooling is generally a longer process than bottle moulding so we are designing a range of containers that will specifically go with this closure to offer customers greater flexibility”.
Spectra’s new closure features a distinctive dish profile, perfect for pad-applied products. The caps stylish ergonomic curved thumb opening gives it a real point of difference over other similar products on the market.
Mr. Maynard added,
“Spectra will continue to add new components to our standard ranges to give customers genuine choice, vital when custom tooling isn’t an option. In many ways we are bucking the trend by designing new containers to go with this latest closure, however, we genuinely believe customers will love the results”.
Customers will be able to request samples of Spectra’s new 3030 Flip-top closure in early June 2016.
