Extrusion Blow Moulding Technicians

Due to continued expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen for full time Extrusion Blow Moulding Technicians to work on 8-hour shifts (3-week rotation, 40 hours per week) in our Extrusion Blow Moulding department.

Duties & Responsibilities in the Moulding department will include:

  • Carry out planned tool and colour changes
  • Fault finding on machinery, making process adjustments and continuous improvements throughout the process
  • Ensure optimum processes are established and maintained.
  • Following company procedures, whilst supporting the shift team
  • Ensuring products meet with set quality standards
  • Report any machine or quality faults as soon as possible to management.
  • Ensure that the work area is kept clean and tidy throughout the shift.
  • To carry out all other production activities as efficiently as possible, adhering to the highest quality ISO and health & safety standards.

Training within the plastics industry in a similar role is desirable, although not essential as training will be provided.
